So finally after a long break I’m back on the Meal Planning wagon! Partly financial, partly to get a handle on life in general, I’m hoping to carry on for at least a few weeks…
This week, we will be eating:
Monday - Gammon, Potatoes, Veg
Tuesday – Beef & Mushroom Pie
Wednesday – Fish Cakes and Chips
Thursday – Quorn Bolognese
Friday – Cod in Hollandaise Sauce
Saturday – Pasta/Pesto
Sunday – Devilled Sausages with Mash
This is a ‘what we have in the freezer’ meal plan, to stop me spending so damn much in the supermarket and this will clean us out of meat, so It’ll be a a small shopping bill this week and a biiiig one the week after.
