Another week, another meal plan! This post is part of the Meal Planning Monday linky hosted by At Home with Mrs M, and this past week was not too back meal-plan wise. The only thing we didn’t have from last week’s meal plan was the Italian Meatloaf, as for one reason and another we were a bit rushed, so we had a very quick tea in the end, but I’m still keen to try the meatloaf, so it’ll go back on the plan for another week.
So, this week the plan is:
Saturday – Pitta Pizza
Sunday – Turkey and Gammon Pie
Monday – Chicken and Mushroom Bake
Tuesday – Jacket Potatoes, various fillings, salad
Wednesday – Leftovers for me, Fish Fingers and Chips for the kids, Gammon and Chips for the Mr (phew!)
Thursday – Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole, Veg, Potatoes
Friday – Oriental Baked Salmon for me, Cod fillet for the others
I’ve been raiding my recipe folder this week, as I save a lot of recipes from the Asda and Tesco magazines and never seem top use them. This week, the Sunday, Monday and Friday dishes are from the magazines – hopefully they’ll turn out ok. If they do, I’ll blog them as well. I’m particularly interested to see how the pie comes out as I’m not usually very good a pies!
