Last week was a bit poop as food goes to be honest – as I;d been away, my meal plan was not great and it went to the wayside very easily!
This week, we were supposed to be away, so no meal plan, but Mr W doesn’t feel well enough to go, so cue a hasty plan instead. I;ve made a list of foods, buthaven’t really assigned them to a specific day, so this is what we’ll be eating this week:
Salmon for me, other fish for the others
Slow Cooked Beef
Egg, Sausage, Beans
Steak and Chips
We’ve already had the salmon and the turkey wraps, so I think the slow cooked beef for Monday evening. All pretty pedestrian, pretty uninventive, but I’m a bit down about not going on holiday so can’t really be bothered to be creative!
