Not too bad a week last week, I think we managed to keep fairly on track but, given that our meal plan was fairly pedestrian it wasn’t particularly hard to do so! I did feel much more on track though, as I was able to do a full shop and not shop piecemeal during the week – this is mainly as I gave myself a thorough talking to, I know what I need to do to feel more in control, so I just had to blimmin’ get on and do it! Now, just to apply that logic to the other bits of my life – ha!
So, this is what we’ll be eating this week:
Saturday – Pork Burgers
Sunday – Roast Lamb and trimmings
Monday – Salmon for me, cod for them
Tuesday – Morrocan Lamb
Wednesday – Leftovers/Pasta
Thursday – Sausage Casserole
Friday – POT LUCK
Friday is a pot luck as I thought it might be nice to have a takeaway – Ooh! Naughty!
