We had a good week last week – we totally followed the plan except for Friday, which was to bump the takeaway from Friday night to Saturday (new plan) as we had visitors so thought it would be better on Saturday instead.
The Moroccan Lamb Tagine from last week was a slow-cook success for me, but sadly not for the family as it was a bit too spicy for them!
So here we are for this week:
Saturday – Takeaway
Sunday – Roast Chicken/Trimmings
Monday – Salmon & Prawns/Cod for family
Tuesday – Mixed Grill
Wednesday – Chicken Dish
Thursday – Leftovers/Sausage, pots veg for them
Friday – Pasta/Pesto
Quite straightforward, just trying to get back on the straight and narrow with preschool going back. ROUTINE!!!
