The A-Z Challenge – Q is for Quotes – #atozchallenge

In her ‘P’ post, my friend pointed out that she had a ‘Words to Live By’ board on Pinterest and I started thinking that I had some favourite quotes that I tend to try and bear in mind too – or even sometimes that I just like. Many of them, I’ll admit are from movies and books, but here are my particular favourites:

“I have nothing to declare except my genius” – Oscar Wilde

“It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife” – Jane Austen, Pride and Prejudice

“We believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives one person to stand up for another” – Veronica Roth, Divergent

“What’s Next?” – Josiah Bartlett, The West Wing

Do you have some quotes that you like to ponder, or mean something to you?
