OK, so I’ve missed a few weeks again, due to Mr W being in hospital for a week, but I’ve managed to do a full shop today and sort out a meal plan. A couple of dishes this week have been helped out by a delivery of meat from Westin Gourmet for review purposes (which I’ll post shortly) so that was a big help!
I’m banking on the chicken giving enough meat to make the casserole on Tuesday, and Thursday’s Spag bol is leftovers from last week using a sneaky hidden veg sauce (mwah ha ha). Other than that it’s pretty much standard fare for us, although I’m attempting to be a little healthier – hmm….
Saturday – Salmon or Cod, jacket potato, salad
Sunday – Roast Chicken dinner
Monday – Chilli Leftovers, Pasta
Tuesday – Chicken Casserole
Wednesday – Steak, Jacket potatoes, salad
Thursday – Spag Bol
Friday – POT LUCK
