Ooops – I’ve got caught up and am now late with this post. So here i am on tuesday after having already started the week’s plan.
We were pretty good last week, we stuck to the plan and I was able to move some things out of the freezer. I also made a nice crumble with some raspberries that had been loitering in the freezer for ages.
Last week I was intrigued when Lauren of You Big Eejit said she was having Calzone in her meal plan, so I thought I’d add it this week. I found a recipe on the BBC website from Simon Rimmer and I have to say it was pretty good.
This week is a fairly bland week, apart from that, but tried and trusted for the last week of school!

Tuesday – Calzone
Wednesday – Gammon/Jackets/Salad
Thursday – Chicken Dish
Friday – Salmon
Saturday – Fish Cakes
Sunday – Pasta & Sauce
