Weight: 16st 9lbs
Body Fat %: 35.1
Total Weight Loss: 4lbs
So a small pound has crept on this week, but not too downhearted as I was feeling like total crap on Thursday, my usual fast day, so I had only one last week.
I have decided to start only counting in whole pounds as, since my maths is crap, the fractions were doing my nut!
No grand exercise again this week, but I have started to take longer walks in the daytime – for example, I went to town on Friday and instead of parking in the car park, I parked outside my old house that is about 10 mins walk down to town, so parking was free and I was moving about a bit more. I still hope to build in some more exercise, and I could trot out a dozen excuses about why I haven’t but the fact remains, I’m just lazy, so I’ll have to work on that first!
Weirdly, from these stats, although my weight has gone up, my body fat has gone down by 1%, but maybe that’t the scales? I will keep an eye on it as there’s no point measuring it if it’s a bogus reading.
