Running Playlist Highlight:
All in all a pretty good run this morning, although it started out dry and bright, there was a short shower towards the end. I was pleased to see that my per k average time was 8.43 minutes – for me this is brilliant!
I was also happy to note that, while when I started out on C25k, I would do a run and then be useless for the rest of the day, I was able today to run, shower and still have a productive day. Go me!
